Books, obituaries, documentaries, my incredibly informed 97-year-old aunt.

 

Do your books ever get rejected?

They do. I shrug, sigh, sometimes there's a low growl, and then I head back over to my keyboard.

Rewatch The Great British Baking show, chew Twizzlers, and work on crossword puzzles. Sometimes all at once.

No. Most aren’t living. Sometimes I speak with their relatives.
